Deadline to reserve space is 11/15/11. The CSDA 2012 Annual Meeting Program Guide will consist of approximately 70 FULL COLOR pages and will be filled with detailed information on the 50+ sessions we’ll be offering, exhibit hall happenings, fun social events we’ll be hosting and much, much more. This guide is distributed to over 12,000 dental professionals from Connecticut, Rhode Island and portions of New York, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. The guide will also be made available for download on the CSDA website and distributed at CSDA CE Courses and the Yankee Dental Congress in Boston in January. The CSDA Annual Meeting Program Guide will be referred to again and again from January to May and is a perfect opportunity to gain the exposure and name recognition you are looking for! Once our official 2012 program is set, you’ll have an opportunity to consider sponsoring a specific Speaker/course of interest. While we are still in the developmental stages of choosing our line-up for 2012, you can still consider how this particular sponsorship works in the meantime: Levels of Speaker Sponsorship (limit of one exclusive Sponsor per session): Level 1 – One half day course – $500 minimum: Recognition in on-site signage. Acknowledgement during session announcements/Speaker intro. Level 2 – One half day course or one Mandatory course – $1,500: Recognition in the Annual Meeting Program Book distributed to over 12,000 dental professionals (as long as commitment and payment are received by November 30th). Recognition on the CSDA website (Annual Meeting page). Recognition in on-site signage. Acknowledgement during session announcements/Speaker intro. Recognition in the summer issue of the CSDA’s Communicator magazine mailed to the entire CSDA membership. Level 3 – One full day/same Speaker (Thursday or Friday) – $3,000: includes all of the benefits listed above as well as a table for Sponsor literature inside the room where the session will be held and two complimentary tickets to the Wednesday opening night party. (Can be one all day course or two half day courses - am and pm on the same day.) Level 4 – Two days/same Speaker – two to four courses given by the same Speaker spanned across two days of the meeting – $5,000: includes all of the benefits of Levels 1 and 2 as well as two complimentary tickets to the Thursday night dinner/dance party. (This would be a Wednesday/Thursday combo or Thursday/Friday.) Level 5 – Both days (Thursday and Friday) one single course each day (half or full day in length) – choose any two Speakers – $6,000: includes all of the benefits of Levels 1 – 3 as well as the opportunity to introduce the Speaker(s) and a complimentary inside booth space for the two-day Exhibition. The sooner the commitment, the greater return on your investment! Exhibitor Seminars - SOLD OUT FOR 2012! In 2011 we added a classroom in the Exhibit Hall that was made available to Exhibitors interested in offering a mini-seminar and it was a huge success with all time slots selling out! For $750, participating companies will have 90-minutes to facilitate an information session and/or product demonstration to attendees. There are four time slots on Thursday and three on Friday (see below). Participants will receive 1.5 hours of CE credit from the CSDA! (First-come, first-served.)
