If you area a CSDA member, this service is offered free of cost. The web ads will run for three consecutive months. At the end of the three months the ads are taken down, unless there is a request to renew the ad. The categories for classified web ads include: -Seeking a Position -Offering a Position -Practice for sale or Rent/Equipment for Sale *All classified ads must be dental related. Please review the forms below for ad conditions, guidelines, and contracts. Our Newsletter is published quarterly. We publish our newsletter every: Winter Spring Summer Fall * The CSDA can only guarantee a spot for display ads if a formal contract is filled out by the advertiser, and returned to the CSDA by the deadline date. **New ad contracts and forms are now avialiable for 2008, and will be go into effect Nov 1st for the Winter 2008 issue. *** We are no longer accepting full page, quarter page display or classified ads for the Winter 2008 issue. We have limited room for half page ads. We are also filled up for full page ads for ALL 2008 issues.
