The Annual Scientific Session and Continuing Education Councils are confident that you will be impressed and excited for what promises to be the best Annual Meeting ever! You should find everything you need to help you make your plans within the program book but you are always welcome to call the CSDA Central Office with any questions. Reservations should be made directly with Mohegan Sun by calling 1-877-664-3426. You must mention the group code to take advantage of the discounted room rate. A one-night deposit will be required to secure your reservation.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation without penalty until March 31, 2010. Cancellations made on or after April 1, 2010 will result in a loss of the one night deposit. There is also an early departure fee of $75 so be sure to communicate any change in plans to avoid extra fees.

Wednesday, May 5th at the beautiful Mohegan Sun Country Club at Pautipaug
The 10th Annual CSDA Golf Classic benefiting the CT Oral Health Initiative (COHI) is scheduled for Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Golfer registrations and Sponsors are now being accepted and are of course appreciated in support of this great cause! This will be an extra special event in celebration of its 10th anniversary complete with lunch on the course, a closing reception, lots of great raffle prizes and more!
