Dermal Filler Live Patient Training Certification Course - August 22, 2026

Not all injectable training is created equal. FACES Education Dermal Filler Certification is built entirely on established literature and the most updated standard of care.

Get ready for the most comprehensive, clinically relevant anatomy training available at the foundational level. The program covers more treatment areas than comparable courses, and includes advanced techniques such as blunt-end cannula — offered by most providers only as a separate, additional course. FACES Education includes cannula at the foundational level because the literature supports it as a meaningful improvement in both safety and patient comfort.

The course also goes where many don't — with dedicated curriculum on adverse event avoidance, recognition, and management built in from the start.

You'll leave ready to start building your injectable practice.

Anatomically Based. Academically Rigorous. Scientifically Driven.®

Gigi Meinecke, RN, DMD, FAGD

Founder, FACES Education

Gigi Meinecke, RN, DMD, FAGD is one of the most distinctive voices in facial injectables education — a clinician, educator, author, and medical-legal expert whose career sits at the precise intersection of artistry, anatomy, and accountability.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in facial injectables and cadaveric prosection, Dr. Meinecke maintains a private practice in Potomac, Maryland, limited exclusively to facial injectables. She is the founder of FACES Education, a nationally recognized organization known for its rigorous emphasis on anatomy and evidence-based protocols. She also developed and teaches the pre-doctoral facial injectables curriculum at Boston University School of Dental Medicine — bringing this specialized discipline into formal dental education at the highest level.

Her thought leadership extends well beyond the operatory. Dr. Meinecke has published extensively across dental and medical journals, with notable works including "Applications for Facial Injectables in Dentistry," "Lower Face Influence on Total Facial Esthetics," and "When and How to Say No to Facial Injectable Patients." She is also the author of Start and Grow Your Cosmetic Injectable Practice — a practical roadmap for clinicians entering the field. Her work as a medicallegal expert in injectable litigation further distinguishes her as a practitioner who understands both the promise and the responsibility of this specialty.

Dr. Meinecke is deeply invested in organized dentistry. She has served in leadership roles within the Academy of General Dentistry, including positions on multiple national councils and as a national delegate. She has chaired the American Dental Association Communications Council and served as a national delegate to the ADA House of Delegates. She holds fellowship distinctions from the Academy of General Dentistry, the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
