It is your responsibility to keep track of CSDA CE verification codes in order to prove attendance to any professional/governing organization that may request your continuing education records.
Please be advised: Codes are not given out at any other time after a course is completed.

ADA CE Tracking System
PLEASE NOTE: It takes up to two weeks to find your CSDA Package Program course credits listed following each course and approximately 30 days following a CSDA Annual Meeting.
The ADA CE tracking system does not have a place for course verification codes. We recommend that you keep record of codes from courses you’ve taken should you be asked to provide them by another dental organization.
When provided by a speaker, Package Program course handouts are included with e-mail registration confirmations.
